We have a variety of telephone conferencing equipment options, depending on the situation. Whether it’s a presentation for a large group at a remote conference site or a one-on-one interview, we can help. We provide audiovisual support services for classes and UAHS events on the UAHS campus.  

Imagine not having to scramble when all the circuit breakers blow. Check that box on your todo list that says, "locate smart people to handle the media stuff." Call us in the planning stages to reserve equipment and/or technical services. 

If you don't have experience ordering multiple media components that are supposed to work together, we can help. We can specify audiovisual equipment to fit your needs for office, meeting or conference rooms. We also work with architects and trades on the requirements for audiovisual accommodation in project design and installation phases. When you involve us during the planning phase, we can make sure everyone is aware of existing resources and central policies regarding facilities designs. We want to make your space easy to use!
