IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Following the university's recent organizational announcement regarding the integration and restructuring of Health Sciences operations, please note the following critical dates and service adjustments:

Future Bookings & Projects:
- We will be unable to accept new bookings for in-studio/on location photography or portraits scheduled to take place after Friday, June 26.
- No additional video projects can be scheduled other than what is already on our calendar.
- The last day for our graphic designer to assist with any basic projects is July 13.

Current Projects & Bookings:
- Our team remains fully committed to completing projects currently in motion and honoring events already on our calendar that occur before July 31.

Print and Poster Services:
- We will continue to accept and process standard copy service requests and poster orders through Friday, July 31.

Concluding Operations:
- Final billing for services will occur on Thursday, August 6.
- In alignment with the university's transition timeline, all BioCommunications operations will officially close August 7.
