CTS Services
Effective Jan 1, 2023: Printing Services will no longer provide Local or Long Distance Fax services. We will be happy to scan your document to a pdf file so that you have it available in a digital format. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
So you have a CD of your original material including PDFs, video and PowerPoint presentations, but you don’t want the material posted on the web due to intellectual property restrictions. If you need duplicate CDs or DVDs, we’re all set to help you.

We can copy journals and books for research purposes.
Fast, High Volume Copying
Need 1,000 copies of a 400 page document? Not a problem. We always aim for a 24-hour turnaround and we usually do better than that.
Full-Color Copies
Our prices are lower than you’re likely to find anywhere else because we’re a not-for-profit organization within the University of Arizona Health Sciences.
Double-Sided Copies
Need to go from 2-sided to 1-sided? 1-sided to 2-sided? 2-sided to 2-sided? Not a problem. Bring it in.
Signature Copies (Booklet, Calendar, and Pamphlet)
Think of those special items you’ve never needed before, but now you’re supposed to create a booklet, a calendar, a full-color pamphlet, a bound edition of a dissertation. We probably offer the publication services you need, so check with us first.

Our digital printing facilities allow you to bring us a high-resolution PDF, photo, Word Document, PowerPoint, Keynote presentation, or any other digital file and we’ll print the number of copies you need. Starting with a digital image allows us to preserve the quality of your original, as compared to scanning and replication techniques.

There are times when we simply can’t find the perfect article or document and need to combine bits and pieces from various sources into a new compilation. Or maybe you have a variety of conference resources you want to package into a nice presentation. We have the experience in document assembly that will save your hours of work.

Coil Binding
This style of binding is often used to bind theses, reports, manuals, recipe books, and more. We also suggest a clear plastic cover to give an attractive and hardwearing finish to the final document.
Comb Binding
We can create impressive, perfectly bound presentations in large quantities, inexpensively.
Velo Binding
Lock in your pages securely and in perfect alignment. Our Velo Binding gives a neat appearance with trimmed edges that make books simple to file and easy to mail. The Velo Binding strips come in many colors, enabling you to color-coordinate the covers of your presentations.
Booklet Making
Bringing us your documents, either in paper or digital form, and we'll print and bind them into a booklet, either 8.5x11, 5.5x8.5, or custom sized! Our bookletmaker quickly creates multiple page, stitched and folded pamphlets and brochures. It automatically folds and stitches booklets quickly and error-free to ensure that your job is completed correctly and on-time.
Laminating
With laminating, you can preserve irreplaceable teaching materials and documents with our 3 mil 25" laminator and save replacement costs. Great for posters. Our 5 mil laminator works up to 11x17. "If you want it to last, laminate it!"
Folding
Our folding machine does 7 different types of folds (letter fold, fan fold, double parallel fold, single fold, French fold, double letter fold, and engineering fold). We also offer custom hand folding jobs for a little extra.
Drilling
Want drilling accuracy and speed that's affordable? We can drill standard 3 hole punches on any paper, cardboard, transparencies and more. Just bring a sample by and we'll let you know if we can do it.
Cutting
If you need a document printed on non-standard paper sizes, we can print it on the next biggest and cut it to size for you. This is especially great for making pads, postcards, custom size mailings, etc.
Padding
Padding is an easy, inexpensive way to organize phone message pads, letterhead, inventory forms and more!
Collating
We can sequence and collate your pages for you. Why waste valuable office time sequencing pages when we can do it for you?
Scoring
Scoring is used to make cleaner folds in heavy paper like cardstock. It ensures that all items like invitation and donor cards have a clean, professional appearance.

We will take all of your relevant documents and provide you with finished packets or binders.

But how did it go the last time you had to fold 4,000 copies of a flyer for the mail. Guess what? We do it with a machine and it goes much quicker. And it looks professionally finished when we're done.
