Media Technical Services ("MTS" or "Media Tech") provides technology support services for classes and events throughout the University of Arizona Health Sciences. Professional staff offer consultation in setup and operation of audio systems, computers, projectors, and other audiovisual equipment. Our experts can also help design, install and support media solutions for new facilities.

If you have a question about a room's media capabilities or run into a technology problem, check with us first.
We're likely responsible for the facility. But if we're not, we'll make sure you get to the right person. Media Technical Services maintains most of the audiovisual equipment installed in the centrally scheduled facilities of the UAHS.

If you don't have experience ordering multiple media components that are supposed to work together, we can help. We can specify audiovisual equipment to fit your needs for office, meeting or conference rooms. We also work with architects and trades on the requirements for audiovisual accommodation in project design and installation phases. When you involve us during the planning phase, we can make sure everyone is aware of existing resources and central policies regarding facilities designs. We want to make your space easy to use!

We provide audiovisual support services for classes and UAHS events on the UAHS campus.
Imagine not having to scramble when all the circuit breakers blow. Check that box on your to-do list that says, "locate smart people to handle the media stuff." Call us in the planning stages to reserve equipment and/or technical services.
Technicians are on site from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, M-F, to accommodate the needs of most events. Additional hours are scheduled per event requirements but require an additional fee for audiovisual support of classes and events outside of regular business hours.
