Ordering a Photo Composite

Please ensure that all individual photos are taken and finalized before submitting a request for the composite. 

The composite cannot be created until all the necessary photos have been completed, which helps streamline the process and ensure the highest quality for the final product.

Step 1 → Confirm you have all the necessary photos.

If you need portraiture photography, please visit photo services to schedule a BioCommunications photographer.

Step 2 → Complete the Photo Composite Request Form

To initiate a service request, you must have:

  1. All the necessary photos.
  2. A Word .doc with names and titles exactly as you want them to appear (Including Cap Case, lower case, ALL CAPS, with or without professional degrees).

When you order, you'll be asked to send a Box link to your photos and the corresponding documentation (Word.doc). We can only proceed with your order once these files are submitted.

  • If you’re updating an existing photo composite, please mark the changes on last year’s version, scan it, and upload it to Box along with your other documents as an additional reference.
  • All names and titles should be provided electronically to avoid typographical errors.

Composite Design Service Pricing

Graphic Design Production: $70/hr
Graphic Design Consultation: $60/hr

*An account number (or cash pay) is required to add your project to our queue. 
*Allow ten business days for a first draft to be shared on most projects.
*Allow an additional ten business days to print and deliver your project.
