Banner Health Physicians & APP's

If you are requesting a portrait for a Banner Health physician, physician assistant (PA-C), nurse practitioner (NP), certified nurse midwife (CNW) or registered nurse anesthetists (CRNA) please email Donny.Golden@bannerhealth.com to access the scheduling spreadsheet. Banner Health physician portraits and videos are scheduled on the 3rd Wednesday of the month on Banner Health Media Day. Appointments are limited. If your desired month is unavailable, check back on the spreadsheet closer to the shoot date to see if spaces have become available. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please reach out to your manager or to UAHS BioCom and reschedule. Appointments not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged to your department by Banner Health. Plan on your photo and video session lasting 60min. Parking for the UAHS BioCom studio is not provided. Please park in the Banner Health Garage at BUMC-T.
